My vow - I repeat, feel, and release

Today is the last day of the year, and a full moon. I release this vow into the universe, repeating it again:

1. I will do my esoteric breaths every day...
2. I will "send the love" every day...
3. I will do 12 powerful, expanding unconditional-love-breaths before I get out of bed and another 12 breaths as I fall asleep every night... (1 year)
4. I dedicate my mind to chanting, feel, humming, and vibrating the OM in every moment I possibly can...
5. I will eat one solid meal a day, and the rest, liquid nutrition... (1 year) or until I am back to my ideal weight for over 90 days...
6. I will exercise in ways that are perfect and great for me...

and...

I want to write a book that will take one year to complete. This will be a collection of 365 insights into love and consciousness. When I transmit the Love through my hands each day, thoughts and insights come to me. Wouldn't it be great to write a short insight into the pure power and vibration of love every single day for a whole year?

For me, when I write a book, it is like blasting up in a rocket ship. I am so impatient. I want it written, published, and sold within a week. I don't want to wait. I have no patience when it comes to writing. So... in this spirit... for at least 1 year... I want to write an insight into love every day for 365 days. This will help me remain focused on my task of losing myself in the transcendent flow of Universal Love. Then, around January 1, 2011, I will begin to put it together for publishing!

Description of This Energy Exchange

Answer: Over a hundred million people would be receiving this Energy, this pure Love, flooding and thundering and cascading ecstatically through the hands of these ten thousand people. Wow…

What kind of positive impact would this have on the planet?

On the lives of those 100 million people?

On the lives of those 10,000 people who channel the Love every day?

As you consider these questions, allow yourself to take a long, deep, inhaling breath, and as you do, imagine that the flower in the center of your chest begins to peak open to the warm rays of the sun. As you exhale, allow yourself to relax into the open space within you…

As you continue reading, I encourage you to continue breathing in this way – long and slow and deep – opening your heart, mind, cells, and atoms on each inhale to the full ramifications of what is presented here… and relaxing deeper on each exhale…

So what exactly is it?

It's a Spiritual Book filled with 432 Infinite, Quantum Energy pages to paste the names and photographs of whomever you want – so yes, it is a book that is, AND ISN'T, a book!

IT IS a book in the sense that there are letters, words, and papers…

IT ISN'T a book because the book "points" or "symbolizes" the Location in Infinite Consciousness where the real Energy, Love, and Joy is given and received. The book is a portal, or a quantum spiritual device. Here is a brief synopsis of how it works:

Each of the 432 pages of this book has what is called a "Reiki Collage" on them: a tightly woven collection of ancient, healing symbols that activates the flow of the Sacred Life-Force Energy.

The practice is to fill up these Reiki Collage Pages with the names, photographs, and intentions of others, and then spend at least 12 minutes a day and communicate Universal Love through your hands, into all of them at the same time.

Each page, by deliberate design and collective intent, is Infinite Quantum Space.

Meaning this: The Love and Energy that one person floods through their sacred hands, into one book, by Quantum Law, floods into every single book that will ever be in print.

Okay, so let's do the math… (please, please consider this very carefully)…

If 10,000 people each had their own personal quantum book with at least 24 photos on each of the 432 pages…

and each of those 10,000 people spent just 12 minutes or more "quantumly communicating the Love…"

then 103,680,000 people would be receiving these ever increasing waves of Healing, Universal Love and Life-Force Energy. (432 x 24 = 10,368 x 10,000 = 103,680,000)

Again, I set this question free: What kind of impact would this have on the consciousness, health, balance, and well-being of our planet?

Most important, what kind of impact will this have on those 10,000 people who are sending the Love every day? This is an open ended question, left to be answered… But let me say this: We truly are liberated when we choose to give Love unconditionally, give it consistently, and to lose ourselves in the Flow of that Love. Speaking from experience, I have made commitment to "quantumly communicate the Universal Love through my open heart and relaxed hands" every day for at least 12 minutes at a time, for 4,380 days (12 years) in a row – beginning January 1, 2010.

Your photograph IS your holograph

Your photograph is a visual holograph of your whole self. By placing your photograph onto a quantum page of this book, you are exposing it to ALL the LOVE and LIFE-FORCE ENERGY flowing through the luminous hands and open hearts of beautiful people all over the world. This Energy will then flow through your Higher-Self, through your atoms, cells, mind, and heart – and will be integrated and beneficially received according to what is in your greatest good. This way, whether you are sleeping, dreaming, playing, working, or loving – this Energy will be silently flowing into and supporting you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Allow yourself to receive the Love and Energy every day

12 year commitment, beginning January 1, 2010

I am packing my bags, and at midnight on January 1, 2010, I will be boarding a train called COMMITMENT. Once I board this train, there is no getting off. I will no longer have a choice. My choices will not belong to me. My only choice will be to surrender every day to this Love. I surrender to the Quantum Flow of Universal Love - in the name of Christ, Krishna, Babaji, Mahasaya, Yukteswar, Yogananda, Ananda Moyi Ma, and all Great Saints, I surrender to this discipline for the next 12 years. I am packing bags of devotion, persistence, tenacity, discipline, inspiration, ecstasy, and joy.

Once January 1 comes, I will have embarked upon this epic personal journey. Yes, I will still get up in the morning, do the laundry, make the bed, drive to work, pay the bills, etc. -- but in my consciousness, I will be on this journey. I COMMIT do the following every single day in a row for the next 12 years:

1. Do my esoteric "kriya" breaths that I have learned from studying the work of my spiritual teacher. These mystic breaths were passed from from antiquity through a lineage of great sages and masters of India. I will do 14 in the morning and 14 in the evening before I go to bed. That comes to 10,220 kriyas a year, and 122,649 kriyas over the next 12 years. How much of a hardship is this? Not much. It only takes a few minutes to do 14 breaths, and it is a great way to end and begin my day. It will sandwich my dreams, and sandwich my days. I do these breaths for the direct energetic, spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical benefit of all contained in this Universal Life Force Energy Exchange.

2. I will quantumly communicate Energy/Love into all contained in the Universal Life Force Energy Exchange for at least 12 minutes (preferably more) for the greatest benefit and good of all contained in this Exchange. I will go deeper and deeper and deeper into the Quantum Flow of Love every single day - and I will see through my hands and witness the transparency of form. My goal is to disappear into Love, completely and forever. Ultimately, as I place my hands on this book every day, I am giving that Love to the Divine Mother, Father, Friend, Beloved God. During each session, I will transmit this Divine Healing Energy to the entire 12 years of all contained here.

For the next 12 years, out of each 24 hour period, I am committing - at a minimum of about 28-30 minutes to the Divine. Is this too much to ask for all that God/Goddess/The Great Ones have done for me? It's the least I can do.

Through many, I give Love to the One.

I completely surrender my will, my strength, my power to this Quantum FLow of Love for the next 12 years. I willingly board the train of Divine Love. May I be empty, nothing, completely nothing - and may Love flood through my mind, body and soul - through this quantum bio-computer of my body - and into all contained here. Again, I surrender, I surrender - and I ask for the Divine to assist me in this endeavor.

I will do the above, every day, for the next 12 years. I will do this every single day in a row for 4,380 days.

Secondarily, I will also:

3. For 2010, I will listen to the Vessel of Universal Love audio, at least one track, every single day.

4. For 2010, I will also go down to eating one solid meal a day, and liquid nutrition (protein shakes or raw blended veggies) the rest of the day (or until I have reached and maintained my ideal weight of less than 155 pounds for 90 days). 2/3 liquid, 1/3 solid. One meal a day. No eating after my evening meal.

5. I will exercise in a manner appropriate and healthy for me.

Oh Great Ones,
Please send me your armies of powerful will, tenacity, determination, freedom, inspiration, and ecstasy to help me fulfill this sacred journey. Each day is but one step of this pilgrim's feet upon the soil of Divine Love.

Regardless of what happens - regardless of the joy and pain and the chaos of life - I WILL do this every single day. I ABSOLUTELY WILL!

For 12 years I will transmit the Love every day

For 4,380 days in a row, beginning January 1, 2010, I will communicate Universal Love through my heart and hands, through the Quantum Field, to all who are now, and will be contained within this Exchange - for at least 12 minutes at a time.

I will not miss a day. This is my sacred 12 year vow. Every day during this 12 year period of time, I will drop into the sacred openness of the Quantum Field and transmit this Love. And during each session, I will transmit that Love "to" the entire 12 year period of time - and all beings within all moments of that time. So six years into this grand adventure, I will be transmitting Love to the whole 12 years. So day 1 and day 20 and day 199 and onward will be penetrated and impregnated and enfolded in that Universal, Divine, Life Force Energy.

Kinda weird? Well, a little more than kinda. But exciting, yes. It feels really amazing to think 12 years at a time - because in that 12 years - there is only one moment, one now.

I will be 54. Christine will be too.

Sky will be 20.

Andrew, 21.

Liam, 27.

Sorin, 30.

And my precious Amelie, 12.

A lot can happen in 12 years. A little scary. Good and bad, pain and tragedy, triumph and joy. Whatever happens, I vow to do this every single day. I am already feeling the ecstasy of this.

From now until January 1, 2010, I will send the Love to the whole 12 year period during each session of at least 12 minutes. My goal is to do sessions for 20 minutes or more, but 12 minutes is my "floor"

Invocation

I now invite, and I now invoke the Great Ones into the infinite, spiritual pages of this Exchange.

May all the Love I communicate into this Exchange flow into your radiant hearts...

Into the Heart of the Divine...

Into the Heart of the Goddess, God, the Great Spirit...

Still further into and through the Higher Selves of all contained here, to be beneficially received by our minds, hearts, and bodies... for our highest and greatest good.

I send Love to many, to reach the One.

The Love that reaches the One, finds its way to the many.

In the end, all I ask for in return, is the honor and privilege of disappearing into the flow of this Light.

The No-time, no-place, no-thing Quantum Unified Field

Behind, beneath, within the illusory forms of the body and all seeming objects in the world, is the invisible, unified, Quantum Field of Energy that exists within, and independent of, time and space. This Field of Energy permeates all objects and is beyond all objects. This Field of Energy also permeates every linear moment in time, and is also beyond all those moments of time.

The Law, the Energy, the Consciousness that rules this space is Pure Love: Love beyond all the limiting names us humans have tried to place upon it. Love beyond the body, beyond form, and beyond description. It is a place of NO-THOUGHT that animates, permeates, and transcends all thought.

I am perfecting a way to use my breath, intent, and imagination to melt into this Quantum Field, and to harness the Energy/Love, and then to channel, or communicate, that Love to all the beings I have in my book. Because I am "sending" this Love from a place beyond time itself - I am able to Quantumly Communicate this Universal Energy to an entire block of linear time - all at the same time.

To help myself clarify what I am doing - from this Nonlocal Quantum Field, I am saturating an entire block of time (12 years, Jan.1, 2010-----January 1, 2022) and all the beings who are now, or will ever be, contained within this Exchange - with this Universal Love~Light~Joy~Bliss.

Time is different from the perspective of No-Time. It is a wonderful feeling to communicate Love into an entire 12 years in each 12 minute session (or more - my goal is to increase each Communication Session to four 45 minute sessions a day, as my prosperity increases and I am granted the time freedom to do so)

Love is beyond time. Totally outside all of the seeming limitations of time.

Love is unlimited.

And each of us - I BELIEVE - has this Ocean of Love available to us - just below the threshold of our cells, atoms, and consciousness. We just have to dive in - headfirst - and keep going deeper and deeper.

Ultimate Ambition

My ambition in this sacred endeavor, is to Love with the very Love that all the Great Masters have Loved.

To disappear in the flow of that Love.

To look so deeply into the quantum layers of my physical body that I see not a solid object, but an empty window to the Infinite.

To Love myself unconditionally, to forgive myself unconditionally, absolutely, without compromise - and to extend that Love to my family in gentle waves of tenderness, and onward to my extended family, community, the earth, and humanity.

All the while, knowing that as I extend the Love, quantumly through my heart and hands, I am giving Love to the One. To the Goddess. To God. To the Divine Mystery. To the Great Spirit. So many names: ONE LOVE.

And my ambition is to prosper through this endeavor: spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and materially. For I believe when we turn the light bulb of our cells on with the Light of Universal Love, that creates a magnetic attraction that pulls abundance toward us.

Dedication

I dedicate and commit and surrender myself to communicating Universal Love and Life Force Energy into this Exchange every day in a row from January 1, 2010 through January 1, 2022.

I will transmit this Love on a daily basis, through the quantum portals of my ever-expanding heart and hands, for the highest good of everyone who will ever be contained in it.

During each session, I will drop my consciousness into the Quantum Unified Field of Love, and transmit the Energy from that no-place, place. From that Invisible, Universal Location of Love, I send the Healing, Sacred Energy to all the beings who are now, or will ever be placed in the Quantum Pages of this book.

Because the Energy is "transmitted" from the Quantum Field, which encompasses time, yet not bound by it, during each daily session of 12 minutes or more - all the linear moments from January 1, 2010 through January 1, 2022 of all the beings who are now, or will ever be contained here, will be gently bathed in this Universal, Ecstatic, Ever-New Love.

May the Hands of Universal Love be forever held around all beings in this Exchange, in every second, moment, day - in every struggle - in every victory - in every moment of pain and in every moment of joy - from January 1, 2010 through January 1, 2022.

This is my dedication. A lot can happen in 12 years. I pray for the strength, the health, the clarity - to send this Love every single day in a row, for 4,380 days straight.

Day 1 will be January 1, 2010.

Between now and then I am still quantumly communicating the Love, and spiritually gearing up for another run up Mount Everest of Love.
